Look Outside launches on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch 2 and Nintendo Switch on October 30, 2026, publisher Devolver Digital has announced. Until now, the survival horror RPG has only been available on PC.
Developer Francis Coulombe and Devolver released the game on Steam on March 21, 2025, and announced it the same day. Steam players rate the game “Overwhelmingly Positive,” with 98% positive reviews.
Look Outside takes place in a single apartment building. A mysterious event turns anyone who looks out a window into a grotesque monster. Players scavenge the building for food, supplies and weapons, meet strange characters and fight turn-based battles against the creatures. Some characters can be recruited and housed in the player’s apartment. Steam lists 10 to 12 hours of playtime and several different endings.
